  • Rich Groh

    General Manager

    Rich is the General Manager of Illinois Science + Technology Park. He is responsible for overall operations and planning at the site. Rich oversees capital improvements, manages leasehold relationships and insures the delivery of high quality tenant services.

  • Tracy Finger

    Assistant General Manager

    Tracy is Assistant General Manager for the Illinois Science + Technology Park. She is responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations for the site. She maintains ongoing communication with tenants, and is the contact for all inquiries and responsible for facilitating tours of the Park.
