  • Mia McShane

    Tenant Services Coordinator

    Mia McShane is the Tenant Services Coordinator at Illinois Science & Technology Park. Mia comes to Golub with experience in property management and asset compliance.  Mia provides key assistance to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, as well as to the tenants of the building.

  • John Royel

    General Manager

    John is the General Manager of Illinois Science + Technology Park. He is responsible for overall operations and planning at the site.  John oversees capital improvements, manages leasehold relationships and insures the delivery of high quality tenant services.

  • Tracy Finger

    Assistant General Manager

    Tracy is Assistant General Manager for the Illinois Science + Technology Park. She is responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations for the site. She maintains ongoing communication with tenants, and is the contact for all inquiries and responsible for facilitating tours of the Park.
