There are a selection of hotels around Old Orchard Mall and in Evanston.  The Doubletree, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Residence Inn and Extended Stay are in Skokie.  The Orrington and Hilton Garden Inn are in Evanston.  Other lodging choices are available in the general area and Downtown Chicago.

Approximately one mile north is the Village’s West Dempster Retail District and approximately two miles north Westfield Old Orchard Shopping Center, the third largest open-air, upscale mall in Illinois

If you want to catch a train and go to downtown Chicago, you can catch the train at the Oakton Station. Also, there is parking at the Yellow Line terminus on Dempster. Trains run until 11:00 at night.
